As a small peninsula this 250 year old part of town is surrounded by water at two sides. The old fisher buildings adds a typical maritime feeling of old pirates and seamen (forget the parked cars). The old beautiful tiled floors and tall double doors adds an original Spanish caracter to this apartment. It contains a living room with two balconies, from where you can enjoy your meals and the views to beach and port. Two couches in the living room also provides 2 comfortable beds if desired. A new fully equiped designer kitchen with marble table top marks the part of the living room with dining area. The small double bedroom has glass balcony doors facng the morning sun. The small restored bathroom has a marble top wash table and wooden wall panelling which enhances the old time Spanish charm of the apartment. The toilet is in a small separate room. Above is a communal sunterrace where you can enjoy a drink and the breathtaking view of water and the sunset behind Mont Juic. The apartment is housed on the 4'th floor (87 steps up and no lift). The rooms are fitted out with ceiling fans which effectively cools on a hot summerday. Heating is provided for the winther. The apartment is rented out min. 3 days. Max. 4 persons. Please observe there is a surcharge of 10 Euro extra per person above 2 persons. A cleaning fee of 50 Euro will be added (obligatory). This includes made beds and fresh towels.
