Adjoining the living room is an equally spacious mountain-view dining room; with ambient wood burning stove and direct garden access. Next to the dining room is a separate fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast bar for 2. From the dining room, a winding flight of open tread stairs leads to the upstairs accommodation. The inviting 1st floor comprises of a mountain-view double master bedroom, a 2nd mountain-view bedroom with double sofa bed and a modern full shower room. For added convenience, a washer dryer and extra service WC also feature within the holiday home.
Outside, the sunny private garden benefits from an alfresco dining set and a stone-built BBQ. A private parking space is also provided. From its tranquil natural setting, a local restaurant is 6 minutes’ walk away, whilst the cable car and village amenities of La Tzoumaz are 3 minutes’ drive away.

Situated in a quiet setting along ‘Rue de Deuray’, the charming retreat enjoys carefree proximity to the local ‘Les Trappeurs’ restaurant (6 minutes’ walk/ 1-minute drive) and is also well placed for reaching the nearby cable car and resort village amenities of central La Tzoumaz (3 minutes’ drive away).
A lovely large Swiss Alps Ski resort, the village of La Tzoumaz forms part of the famous ‘Four Valleys’ (4 Vallées), which together comprises the ski resorts of Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnas, La Tzoumaz and Thyon.
The village centre of La Tzoumaz offers a modern well-stocked supermarket and a selection of sports shops, wine bars and restaurants for memorable meals, ambient evenings out and Après-ski. From mid-December – April the resort also offers a free shuttle bus service to the cable car of La Tzoumaz.
Offering no less than 12 lifts (1 cable car, 5 chair lifts, 6 surface lifts), 12 pistes (18 miles worth!) and 634 metres of vertical descent, La Tzoumaz offers a superb choice for intermediate skiers and snowboarders, as well as more advanced Skiers. The Ski and Snowboard schools also make it a good choice for beginners. Winter sport fans will also find a selection of cross-country ski trails to enjoy, alongside opportunities for sledging, night ski tours, ice skating, dog sledding, ice climbing, paragliding and sky diving.
Summertime stays are equally appealing, with plenty to enjoy, including thermal baths, indoor swimming, hiking, fishing, scooter riding, mountain biking, tennis, climbing, picnics and the same opportunities for paragliding and sky diving.
The closest airports to the holiday home are Geneva (1 hour 40 minutes), (Bern (1 hour 47 minutes) and Annecy (2 hour 12 minutes).
